Bust:
Wearing a bra and without clothing, measure around the fullest part of your bust and beneath your arms. Ensure the tape is straight across your back and parallel to the ground.
Waist:
While in a relaxed stance, measure around your natural waistline—the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips:
Stand with your feet and legs together, then measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm or 8 inches below your waistline.
