We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We operate from two warehouses, one in Sydney, Australia, and one in Los Angeles, USA. Depending on product availability and your delivery address, your order may be shipped from either location*.
*All U.S. orders are shipped exclusively from our Los Angeles warehouse. As a result, no duties will be applied at checkout.
This dual-warehouse system enables us to offer faster delivery times and more efficient inventory management.
- If an item is out of stock at one location, your order may be fulfilled from the alternate warehouse (excluding U.S. deliveries).
- Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the dispatch location.
- During holiday periods and public holidays, please allow for possible delays in processing and delivery.
