EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason from the time you place your order until 14 days after you receive the final item in your order.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Before your order has been fulfilled

You may submit a withdrawal request at any time before your order has been fulfilled by using the withdrawal function available on your Order Status Page or by completing our online Withdrawal Request Form.

We'll make every effort to stop your order before it is fulfilled. If your order has already been fulfilled before we're able to process your request, you may still exercise your Right of Withdrawal by returning your order in accordance with the process below.

After your order has been fulfilled

If your order has already been fulfilled, you may exercise your Right of Withdrawal by lodging a return through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under your Right of Withdrawal, items should only be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit. Items must not:

  • Be worn to an event, for a day of work, or for an extended period.
  • Have original product tags, security seals or brand labels removed.
  • Be washed, dry cleaned or altered.
  • Be returned with makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, smoke, stains, pet hair or other signs of wear.
  • Be returned damaged or in a condition that is no longer suitable for resale.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit, we have the right to refuse your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any duties, taxes or customs charges associated with returning your order may also be the responsibility of the customer.

Your statutory Right of Withdrawal applies in addition to any rights available under our standard Returns Policy.
